RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - As millions of Americans prepare their 2014 federal tax returns, the federal agency in charge of tax filings will be under scrutiny soon.

On Wednesday, February 25, the U.S. House Committee on Appropriations will hold a hearing featuring two key tax officials. Scheduled to appear before the committee:
