RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Public satisfaction with federal government services sits at just 64.4 on a scale of 1 to 100, down from 66.1 in 2013.

The results come from the American Customer Satisfaction Index, which surveyed 1,772 users between October 17 and November 1 of last year.

"While citizens are generally less satisfied with most aspects of their interactions with federal services, customer ratings of service (specifically, courteousness and professionalism of agency staff) have declined the most," according to the report.
