RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The State Committee of Practitioners (COP) will meet Tuesday to discuss several keys issues regarding the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The group will also receive federal program updates.

The COP serves in an advisory capacity to the state in carrying out its responsibilities under federal programs authorized through the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).
