RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The board that advises the University of North Carolina on financial aid issues will seat two new members.

Larry Gracie of Pamlico County and Chandler Thompson of Guilford County have been appointed to four-year terms by Gov. Pat McCrory.

Dr. Gracie has over 35 years of experience in higher education working with both universities and community colleges, including most recently Pamlico Community Colleges from 2008-2013.

Thompson is the Coordinator of Annual Giving for Elon University. In this role, she is responsible for working with class reunion programs and the senior class giving campaign.
