RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - A  health care professional and a real estate developer are the new members of the UNC Charlotte Board of Trustees.

Susan DeVore and Fred Klein were appointed to the board that oversees the university by Gov. Pat McCrory.


DeVore is president and CEO of Premier, Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company. She serves as chairman of the board trustees of the Healthcare Leadership Council as well as on the boards of Medicare Rights Center and the Coalition to Protect America’s Healthcare.

Klein is the senior managing partner at Childress Klein Properties, a private real estate developing company located in Charlotte. He serves on the board of the UNC Charlotte Foundation and is a past member of the Real Estate Center of the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte.
