RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The North Carolina Textbook Commission will meet Wednesday and Thursday, April 15-16 to deliberate on submitted items and then develop a list of recommended instructional materials to be presented to the State Board of Education for adoption.

The meeting will be held at the Hilton Durham near Duke University in Durham. Wednesday’s meeting will be held from 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Thursday’s meeting will be held from 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  

Members will consider publishers’ requests for materials not originally recommended for consideration.
