RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - A task force digging into details of assessment in North Carolina public schools will meet Friday in the state Education building in downtown Raleigh.

The Department of Public Instruction-released agenda includes:

-- a discussion of the proposed assessment recommendations from the elementary, middle and high school study groups

-- the business perspective on educational assessment

-- proposed assessment and accountability recommendations in relation to test and measurement considerations.
