“Today is a great day for the students of North Carolina. Thanks to the teamwork of North Carolina’s community colleges and public universities, thousands of students will attain their degrees faster and at a fraction of the cost,” said Governor McCrory. “I came to office promising that we were going to break down the silos in education, and this clear and concise plan is a powerful example of this. I want to thank Community College President Scott Ralls and UNC President Tom Ross for their leadership and collaboration in coming to this historic agreement.  When we focus on the interest of students, amazing things can happen.  The Comprehensive Articulation Agreement is a shining example of this.”
