Thomas Hess, NC State Psychology Professor, Named Chair Of NIH Peer Review Group Print

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - NC State University has announced that psychology professor Thomas Hess has been appointed to the Social Psychology, Personality and Interpersonal Processes Study Section at the Center for Scientific Review.

 
The organization is a peer review group at the National Institutes of Health. 
 
Hess's appointment is for two years; he will serve through June, 2014.
 
“The skill and leadership offered by the chairperson determine to a significant extent the effectiveness and efficiency of the review group,” said acting director Richard Nakamura in a letter announcing the appointment.
 
NC State announced Hess' appointment in the NC State Bulletin.
