UNC System Names New Communications Chief

The UNC system office has a new vice president for communications according to the Raleigh News and Observer. Matthew Eisley, a former News & Observer reporter succeeds Joni Worthington, who retired. He will start on February 22. Eisley previously worked at a Raleigh law firm.
